3 Days and 2 Nights Gorilla tracking in Uganda from Kigali or Kampala.
Day 1 – Meet and greet.
After an early breakfast,transfer to Bwindi forest the home of the mountain gorillas, spend a night at one of the hotels or lodges, based on your budget.
Day 2 – Gorillla Tracking in Bwindi.
Today you will be required be up early for breakfast before you head on to Uganda Wildlife Authority headquarters for a pre-trek briefing, which lasts for about 10 – 20 minutes. You’ll join up with other visitors to make a total of 8 persons per group as required by policy per each gorilla group/family. Tracking gorillas is un-predictable and can be very strenuous due to the hilly terrain. We encourage for your own enjoyment to make sure that you are relatively fit and healthy. On average trekking can take from 2 – 4 hrs, viewing Gorillas is strictly for an hour before you return to the Lodge. We recommend you take at least 2 liters of water each, packed lunch and a porter. Overnight at your lodge.
Day 3 –Transfer to Kigali or Entebbe.
Private transfer back to Kampala or Kigali city or Airport for your flight back.
